At Naturecan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt for tracking your refund progress.
